Firewood 1/2 cord:  A 1/2 cord equals 64 cubic feet which is the same as a wood pile of 8 foot-long logs stacked 2 feet wide and 4 feet high (2' x 4' x 8').

Firewood cord:  A cord equals 128 cubic feet which is the same as a wood pile of 16 foot-long logs stacked 2 feet wide and 4 feet high (2' x 4' x 16').
